Marketing Project Management

Planning, prioritization, task management, and execution follow-through so marketing actually moves.

What you get

  • Weekly priority planning

Every Monday: what is shipping this week, who owns it, what blockers need clearing. In writing, before noon.

  • Task system setup

A workable backlog in the tool of your choice (Linear, Notion, ClickUp). Templates, statuses, recurring rituals.

  • Vendor & agency coordination

We hold designers, writers, paid-media agencies, and developers accountable on your behalf.

  • Weekly written report

What shipped, what slipped, why, and what is next. Five minutes to read, no jargon.

How we work

  1. Audit — week 1

We map current projects, owners, deadlines, and gaps.

  2. System setup — week 2

Backlog, templates, cadence, naming conventions. Tools tuned to your workflow.

  3. Ramp — weeks 3–6

Daily check-ins until the rhythm holds. Weekly reports out. Friction surfaced and removed.

  4. Steady-state — ongoing

Weekly planning, monthly retros, quarterly priority refresh.

Common questions

  • Do you replace our in-house PM?

No — we work with the team you have. Often we are a fractional layer that gives the existing team back time.

  • Which tool do you use?

Whichever you already pay for. Linear, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Trello.

  • What is the minimum engagement?

Three months. Less than that and the new rituals do not stick.
